A little good news

Hopefully Brent doesn't mind me sharing this. At the beginning of the year Brent went to the doctor to have a physical, since it had been a long time since he had been in. His cholesterol was a little high, around 210. His doctor wanted him to have it checked again this year to see if he could bring it down. Since there is a family history of high cholesterol he was a little concerned. So recently we've been looking into life insurance policies, so as part of the procedure he had to have his cholesterol tested. We got the results back Friday and he had dropped his cholesterol count 30+ points. Yay Brent!! We were pretty excited.

I just got your comment on my blog! I love that you added us to your links! I am just getting the hang of all this stuff and I think it makes it way easier to see what everyone else is doing!

That's great about Brent's cholesterol. I need to have mine checked after I'm done being pregnant. We had a super fun time with mom and Kelly and Malia. It was fun to hear the girls giggling in the back of the car when we drove somewhere. Believe it or not, I have just added a recipe to your healthy recipes post. I thought I'd better tell you here since it's taken me so long, you're probably done checking for new comments. By the way, I have loved the recipes that people sent in. The Thai food was to die for - we will probably have to eat that weekly now. I loved the cranberry orange bread and last night we made Garrick's porkchops that were really yummy and healthy!
Thanks for the great ideas.
